How do I know my nails size?
The best way to figure out the size of your nails is to order a sizing kit. The sizing kit contains a sample of our full range of sizes which you can then use to match your size. Once you receive your sizing kit, simply follow the instructions on the card and record your sizes. You can choose one of our set sizes which come in S, M and L or select 'Custom' and provide your sizes in the add notes section upon check out.
Alternatively, you may choose to measure your own nails. Simply use a measuring tape to measure the widest part (width) of each of your natural nails in millimetres and match them using the sizing chart below:

You should record the size of each of your 5 nails. Start with the largest (thumb) and work your way down to the smallest (pinky.)
Our standard sizes come in S, M and L
S: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9
M: 1, 5, 4, 6, 8
L: 0, 4, 3, 5, 7
What shapes and lengths are the nail sets available in?
Below shows our available standard shapes and lengths, most of which are short to long lengths, with extra short included for square.

How do I apply my press on nails?
You can choose from two types of adhesive; glue or nail tabs
To apply the nails with glue:
1) Wash and dry your hands
2) Use the buffer to lightly buff the surface of your natural nails
3) Use the cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles
4) Wipe your nails with alcohol to remove any residual oils.
5) Apply 1-2 drops of glue to your natural nail
6) Apply press on nail, ensure that it is positioned correctly.
7) Hold in place for 30 seconds.
With proper application, press on nails should last for up to 2-3 weeks. Enjoy!
Please use caution with nail glue as it is quick drying and has a strong hold.
To apply the nails with nail tabs:
1) Wash and dry your hands

3) Use the cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles
4) Wipe your nails with alcohol to remove any residual oils.
5) Apply the nail tab to the base of the press on nail.
6) Apply press on nail to natural, ensure that it is positioned correctly.
7) Hold in place for 30 seconds.
With proper application, press on nails should last for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
Will I receive glue or nail tab adhesion?
Nail orders will come with nail glue unless otherwise specified or requested. Sticky tabs are available for purchase
How do I remove my press on nails?
The best way to remove nails that have been applied with glue is to loosen them by soaking your nails in warm soapy water or cuticle oil for at least 20 minutes. Once the nails have loosened, you can begin to gently pull them off. If the nails are still unable to be removed, soak for an additional 10 minutes and try again. Do not pull the nails aggressively as you may damage your natural nails in the process.
Removing nails that have been applied with tabs is easy. Simply lift and gently pull from the base of the nail and pull away.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
All nails are made to order, we do not keep a stock of nails. Orders will take 7 - 21 business days to be processed and then they are shipped out. Shipping is by USPS and can take 2-5 days to be delivered within the US. Please also note that since all press on nails sets are custom made by hand, nail sets will sometimes vary.
Processing time is 7 - 21 days. We try to ship all orders as soon as possible.
How can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please be sure to order a sizing kit to ensure the right fit of nails to avoid sizing issues.
